All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If you do not complete a purchase, all items in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased buy other customers.
From time to time, we’ll offer products that can be purchased in advance. An advanced purchase or “Pre-order” will give you the priority to receive the item when we stock it in our studio. Pre-order items are specified on the details page along with the estimated date of delivery.
If for any reason, production is delayed we’ll immediately notify you through email regarding the new delivery date. Our returns policy applies to orders, as well as pre-orders.
All prices are displayed in AUD Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change at any time in response to the currency exchange rate, sale seasons, and other events, commercial or otherwise.
When you register an email account with us, we ensure that your personal details are kept private and will never ever ever ever be sold to third parties in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act.
We accept three major payment methods and the purchasing information you provide is handled by the respective online financial service providers, as follows. All Credit and debit purchases are processed through Stripe. Pay Pal purchases are processed through Paypal. Pay Later purchases are processed through Zip Pay. This ensures total security in handling your purchasing information on our site.
If there is a delay with your credit/debit card issuer in authorizing a payment, your order will not be shipped until authorization is successful and we will not be held responsible for the delay in your order.
We use Australia post for all our shipping so that you’re provided with an excellent, trust-worthy service and a tracking code registered to your parcel but are not directly liable for any delays in your delivery after an order leaves our studio. If your delivery does not arrive within the specified time frame, contact us and we’ll track your parcel and let you know what we find.
For all orders within Australia: Shipping time is 3-4 business days
For all international orders: Shipping time is 6-7 business days
If your delivery is substantially delayed for reasons outside of our control, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible to explain what we’ll do to minimize the effects of this delay but will not be liable for the delay caused by the event.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
Making a return for a refund or store credit will be the equivalent value of the purchased item only. Making a return for an exchange can be made only for the same item in a different size and is subject to stock availability.
Any returns for refunds/store credits or exchanges need to be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order and must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all Boy Mode tags still attached and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if we believe the items are not in their original condition.
After we send a confirmation email, all unwanted items must be sent back to our studio within 7 days. We’ll be responsible for the shipping cost but are not liable for items that go missing in the mail and recommend you use DHL or UPS to make a return so they can provide a tracking code for you.
Once we receive your return we’ll conduct a review and if approved, please allow 5-10 days for refunds to show in your account. In the case of exchanges, please allow 3-4 business days for orders within Australia and 6-7 days for international orders.
If you receive an item that is faulty, you can return that item for a refund. Refer to our returns, refunds, exchanges policy above and contact customer care.
A faulty good is classified as an item that is not satisfactory in quality, fit for the purpose or as described. If you’ve owned the item for more than 3 months, items that are damaged through normal wear and tear, accidentally, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless it is considered faulty.
Photos on our website are taken in high quality to ensure we provide you with the best and most accurate colour of our product. However, we cannot control the quality of your own monitor display. Please choose carefully as we will not be accepting returns or exchanges based on the colour not meeting your expectations.
We believe in free returns as a way for you to enjoy the shopping experience with less risk on your end. We do monitor returns made by customers so customers who abuse this policy will be flagged and we reserve the right to refuse any returns by flagged customers at our discretion.
